Size differences in Reflective wear - very confusing

Buyers experience problems due to garment size discrepancies. Products imported to South Africa from the East differ substantially - are much smaller that the traditionally known sizes. What do we do about this?

South Africans are definitely bigger in build than Eastern people. Eastern factories have standard sizes focused on their buying public and don't care where the clothing lands up in the globe. SA companies should keep their employers in mind and buy garments from local companies that fit their designs to the SA market. The quality of eastern products, in particular clothing is very debatable.Posted at 8:52 a.m. on 3 March 2010

I am so impressed with your new website and the opportunity to give imput. Not only the size decrepancies should be addressed - the quality of the reflective wear/garments are also a major issue. Companies/buyers should really consider to support S.A. made reflective gear.Posted at 1:38 p.m. on 8 March 2010
